Cafés Batalla daily purchases the best products from around the world through New York and London Stock Markets.

Every time that the coffee reaches us, we do a sampling that certifies that it is the demanded one, has the minimum quality conditions and exceeds all the quality controls.

The followed process is:

· Green grain valuation
· Sieve definition (size)
· Cataloguing and referencing
· Manual roast and coffee valuation through Brazilian tasting methods, espresso and filter.

 

Later, the different possibilities of blend are studied through a deep study and analysis that guarantees an optimum result, taking advantage of the different coffees qualities and enhancing them with other coffees.
